Cashier: Several open orders/tabs

1. You will open a new order every time you click the 'Purchase' button.

2. If you have more then one ongoing order they will appear as tabs at the top of the screen. By default they will be numbered #1, #2 and so on. You switch between the diffrent orders by clicking them.

You can see which order you are currently on by the white line on selected the tab and that the 'Order:' says the title of the order.

3. To change the title of the order click the pen icon.

4. Enter the new title and click 'check' icon to change it. In this view you can also remove a tab.

5. For each order purchases are managed as usual.
