These are the tags currently available for getAccept integration grouped by type of tag.

Customer information

RecipientCompanyName: Company name from the reservation.
RecipientCompanyNumber: Company number from company profile.
RecipientFirstName: Name from the contact in the reservation.
RecipientLastName: Surname from the contact in the reservation.
RecipientEmail: Email from the contact in the reservation.
RecipientMobile: Mobile from the contact in the reservation.

RecipientAddress: Adress from the contact in the reservation.

RecipientPostalCode: Postal Code from the contact in the reservation.

RecipientCity: City from the contact in the reservation.

Summary of reservation

It is possible to insert a table that shows an overview of the reservation.

NiteSoft_Confirmation: shows booked items and prices, show stay dates and number of guest as comment.

NiteSoft_Confirmation_Vat: shows booked items and prices, show type of VAT as comment.

NiteSoft_Rooms: show booked rooms and prices.

Reservation information

ReservationReference: The booking number.

ExternalReservationReference: The external booking number.

Event/Conference information

EventName: the title of the event.
FromDate: the start date of the event.
ToDate: the end date of the event.
NumberOfParticipants: Number of participants of the event.

Conference rooms

ConferenceDateX: The date of the conference, where X is the day of the event. For example ConferenceDate2 will show the date of the second day of the event.

ConferenceRoomX.Y: The category name of the conference room X is day of the event, Y is if room is first, second third etc. in the reservation. For example ConferenceRoom2.1 will show category name of the first conference room booked on the second day of the event.
ConferenceRoomDescriptionX.Y: The category description of the conference room, X is day of the event, Y is if room is first, second third etc.
ConferenceRoomPriceX.Y: The price of the conference room excluding VAT, X is day of the event, Y is if room is first, second third etc.

ConferenceRoomSumAmount: The total amount for all conference rooms excluding VAT.

Hotel rooms

SingleRoomsFromToDate: The arrival and departure date of earliest block of single rooms.
SingleRoomCount: The number of booked single rooms in this first date range.
SingleRoomPricePerNight: The price per night for the single rooms in this first date range.
SingleRoomsFromToDate2: The arrival and departure date of next block of single rooms.
SingleRoomCount2: The number of booked single rooms in this second date range.
SingleRoomPricePerNight2: The price per night for the single rooms in this second date range.

DoubleRoomFromToDate: The arrival and departure date of earliest block of double rooms.
DoubleRoomCount: The number of booked double rooms in this first date range.
DoubleRoomPricePerNight: The price per night for the double rooms in this first date range.
DoubleRoomFromToDate2:The arrival and departure date of next block of double rooms.
DoubleRoomCount2: The number of booked double rooms in this second date range.
DoubleRoomPricePerNight2: The price per night for the double rooms in this second date range.

RoomsTotalAmount: The total amount for all booked rooms excluding VAT.

Info about Extras

DateX: The date of the event, where X is the day of the event. For example Date2 will show the date of the second day of the event.

ProductX.Y: The product name, X is day of the event, Y is if room is first, second third etc. in the reservation. For example Product2.1 will show product name of the first product booked on the second day of the event.
ProductPriceX.Y: The price of the product excluding VAT, X is day of the event, Y is if room is first, second third etc.
ProductSumAmount: The total amount for all extras excluding VAT.

Unit information

UnitCategoryTag:X: Show unit category name : tag group. Where X is the name of the tag group, for example if you have a tag group called "location" the tag looks like "UnitCategoryTag:Xlocation".

RouteDescription: Show the Route description of the unit.

ADRExclVAT: shows the Average Daily Rate excl. VAT of the unit.

ADRInclVAT: shows the Average Daily Rate. incl. VAT of the unit.

First room information

FirstRoomCategory: The unit category name of the first room reservation.

FirstRoomUnitDescription: The unit description of the first room reservation.

FirstRoomFloor: The floor of the unit of the first room reservation.

FirstRoomNumberOfGuests: The number of guests of the first room reservation.

FirstRoomRateOption: The rate option of the first room reservation.

FirstRoomNumberOfNights: The number of booked nights of the first room reservation.

FirstRoomRateablePreset: The selected 'rateable preset' of the first room reservation.

FirstRoomFromDate: The arrival date of the first room reservation.

FirstRoomToDate: The departure date of the first room reservation.
