Search parameters
In the first dropdown you can select which unit types you want to include in the report,
by default only Rooms are shown.
To and From dates are referring to Stay dates.
If a guest arrive at the same day as the selected Stay To date it will not be included,
and if it depart at the Stay From date it will not be included in the report.
In Group by dropdown you can select to show the data specified by date or by unit category.
Statuses
Confirmed and No-shows are always included.
Cancelled and Out of Orders are always excluded (Out of orders are included in out of order column).
Preliminary reservations are included but can be excluded by 'Exclude preliminary' checkbox.
Results
For each day in the selected interval you will see:
Occupancy: Occupancy of the hotel
(e.g. if Date is 2016-04-01 it is the occupancy for the night between 2016-04-01 and 2016-04-02)
Arriving guests: arriving guests
Checkout guests: departuring guests
Staying guest: staying + departuring guests
Arriving and checkout guests: arrivning + departuring guests
Arriving and staying guests: arriving + staying guests
Arrivals: number of arriving rooms
Check out: number of rooms checking out
Staying: number of staying rooms
Checkout and Staying: Sum of check out and staying rooms
OutOfOrder: Number of out of order rooms
All guests columns displays number of adults and number of children in ().
