1. Go to 'Units & Rates>Bar Mangement' and Click 'Advanced' and then 'Unit Availability'.
2. Check BlockOut and select one or several rooms and dates in grid.
3. Save changes by pressing apply.
4. The selected rooms and dates will then not appear in online booking.
To make room available again select Available instead and select and save in the same way.
Please note that the availablity restrictions will not be applied in external channel, to block out external channels use 'Restriction' instead.
