1. Go to 'Units & Rates>Unit Categories' and click the Room Category where you want to edit RACK rate.



2. Click 'Edit'



3. You can see the RACK rate in the rigth column of the screen.

In the left column you see:

Title: usually RACK if you only use one base rate.

Add inclusive product: if you want to add more products included in the rate.

Below all procucts included in the rate is listed.

In the right column you see:

Service: which account will be used for this rate.

Default: is the default option, i.e. if any other guest combination is not filled in the default rate will be used for this combination. In the image below the RACK rate is 3000 regardless of how many guests that stays in the room.

'1A/2C' etc. means the rate for 1 adult and 2 children, all possible combinations of guests in the room is listed and it is possible to set different rates for the different number of guests.


4. Change the 'Default' rate or the guest combination rates you want to update.


5. 'Save' in top right corner.
