Improvements of guest communication

Extended functionality to efficiantly communicate with guests.

You can now create any number of mail and sms templates, they can either be sent automatically by diffrenent triggers in the system and manually by user selecting a template. For example you can create cancellation confirmations, automatic departure mails, mailing invoices directly from the reservation or send a payment link to the customer where they can pay for the reservation before arrival.

Changes to housekeeping report

Number of guests staying on the room is now shown in Housekeeping; number of adults and children in brackets.

Next check out date column is removed.

In case hotel use some cleaning schedule, for example weekly cleaning, there will be a column "Next cleaning date" that display the next day the room will become "dirty".

Extras Report

New Report to see amount and number of sold Extras and Services.

Extras List

New daily extras report where you can see all orded extras for a date and which room/guests that have ordred them.
Can be used for example as breakfast list.

Overbookings

Added functionality to allow overbookings, configurable for diffrent userroles.

Receipt/Invoices without VAT

If you want to display the specified prices in a receipt or invoice use the "Price including VAT" checkbox below the "Payments box" in Reservation view.

Added functionality to define minimum halfday or whole day prices for hourly bookable rooms.

Diffrent Accounts for diffrent unit types

Added functionality to account diffrent unit types to diffrent finacial accounts, for example conference rooms and hotel rooms.
