In Guest Messages there is a set of placeholders that you can use to insert information from the reservation in the message you want to send.
This is a description of which information the diffrent placeholders insert:
Reference: The booking number
ExternalReference: The external booking number
Company: Company name
Customer: First namn and Last name of the booker
CustomerCountry: Country of the booker
CustomerCity: City of the booker
CustomerAddress: Address of the booker
CustomerAddress2: Address2 of the booker
CustomerPhone: Phone number of the booker
CustomerEmail: Email of the booker
CustomerPostalCode: Postal code of the booker
InvoiceCompany: Company name of invoice contact (will be company of booker if Invoice info is same, the same applies for all invoice contact fields)
InvoiceCustomer: First namn and Last name of the invoice contact
InvoiceCustomerCountry: Country of the invoice contact
InvoiceCustomerCity: City of the invoice contact
InvoiceCustomerAddress: Address of the invoice contact
InvoiceCustomerAddress2: Address2 of the invoice contact
InvoiceCustomerPhone: Phone number of the invoice contact

Keycodes: All keycodes in the reservation
Comments: Public comments added to the reservation
OfferCodes: Any promotion, package or agreementcode that is added to the room
AllSmartcodes: Any Nitesoft Loyal code in the reservation
UnitNumber: the Unit/Room number
UnitDescription: the Description field from booked unit/room
Floor: the floor of the booked unit/room
Route: the route-field from the booked unit/room
RateOption: the Rate Option that the reservation was booked with
UnitCategoryName: the Unit Category
UnitCategoryDescription: the Description field from booked Unit Category
UnitCategoryInternalDescription: the Internal Description field from booked Unit Category
Keycode: The keycode of the guest that the mail is sent to. If mail is sent to booker it will send all keycodes of the reservation.
MandatoryKeycode: The keycode of the guest that the mail is sent to. If mail is sent to booker it will send all keycodes of the reservation. The message will generate an error if there are no valid key code in the reservation.
Arrival: Arrival date
Departure: Departure date
GuestCount: Number of guests in the reservation
Guest: Guest first name and last name. If the message is sent to the guest it will only be this guests name, if message is sent to the booker it will be all guest names in the reservation.
GuestFirstName: Guest first name
GuestLastName: Guest last name
GuestCountry: Country of the guest
GuestCity: City of the guest
GuestAddress: Address of the guest
GuestPhone: Phone number of the guest
GuestPostalCode: Postal code of the guest
GuestEmail: Email of the guest
GuestPassport: Passport number of the guest
ReceiptNote: Can only be used with mail that attach "all reservation receipts". It will show text "Your booking is yet to be paid for" if the reservation is not paid, and the text "Receipt is included as attachment" if the mail has a receipt attached.
PaymentLink: Will insert any payment link that is created in the reservation
InvoiceNumber: Will insert the invoice numbers of all attached invoices
EventInception: The event start date, if this field is not set it will be the first arrival date in the reservation
EventCompletion: The event end date, if this field is not set it will be latest departure date in the reservation
LodgingArrival: Arrival date and time
LodgingDeparture: Departure date and time
Today: Today's date
UserFullname: Firstname and Lastname of the user that the sends the message
InclusiveProductTime: Displays time of any inclusive product added to the reservation (typically breakfast time)
Confirmation: The first section gives a summary of all booked rooms with guest names and prices. The second section gives a summary of the payments of the reservation.
