Changes to Front Office-Summary list

In "Front Office">"Summary">"Arrivals", "Departures" and "Inhouse" at the bottom of the lists you will see a total row below the columns: "Guests", "Guest names" and "Unit".

"Guests" will sum number of guests, "Guest names" will sum number of Adults/Children/Infants and "Unit" will sum number of units.

To view "Arrivals", "Departures" and "Inhouse" over a longer time range or to see another date click the date at the top right corner.

Decide if you want to see one day or a range of days, enter the dates you are interested in an click "Update".

If you want to add or remove columns that are visible in the Summary lists, click the eye-icon in top right corner.

Select the columns you want to see, change order by drag n' drop and change sorting by adding sorting rules by clicking the "+" after "Multi-sorting".

Travel Agent

Travel Agent can be added in a reservation.

Travel agent profiles are found in "Front Office">"Travel Agencies" and it works in the same way as company profiles.

Profile statistics

In a company profile history tab you will now see a summary of the company's reservations.

Changes to grid

Cleaning status of the room is shown as green or red color of the room and category columns.

If you have made a selection of Room Type or Room category in the filter, this selection will be saved for your user when you go to the grid next time.

Dashboard Recent reservations component

In dashboard there is 1 new component "Recent reservations".

It will show a list of day and time of the reservations that have been created in the system in the last couple of days.

Send restrictions for several room categories

You can now select several room categories at a time when making availabilty updates.

For example if you need to close out a set of categories quickly. 

The multiselection is added to "Bar Mangement">"Advanced">"Stay length, "Availabilty" and "Restrictions"

Interface updates

The user interface of "Rates and Agreements">"Agreements", "Promotion rates", "Extras", "Loyal" and "Packages" have been updated.

Accouting integration improvements

If you have an integration to an economy system you will be able to monitor it in Site administration-Accounting.

This page will allow you to view status of each export, see any errors and reexport any failed export.

It can also be used to export invoices directly after creation.
