This report will sum all transactions per account in the date range you select, it is an exact sum of the Balance Reports.


1. Go to 'Reports>Accouting>Account Subtotals'

2. Fill in 'From' and 'To' date this is the accounting dates, To date is inclusive so for example if you want to see what was accounted on 190401 you should select "From" 190401 and "To" 190401.

3. To see everything that happened click the 'Select all' link below Accounts list, you can also select to see only the accounts that you are interested in. To select more then one account press down "ctrl" and select more then one option in the list.

4. Click 'Search' button in top right corner to get result.

5. The result is displayed as a table; to the left you have the account number and then you will get the result grouped for each month in the date interval and at the end you have a Total column summing everything. 

If you have selected a period shorter then one month you will still get a column per month, for example if you have searched for: 'From' 190401 and 'To' 190401 you will get one column for "2019-04" but it will only show the transactions accounted on 190401. 

If you have selected to see only one account you will get a list that also includes all accounts that it has been accounted against, so each column in the report will always sum to 0.

6. To print the report or to export to excel or pdf, click the dot-menu in top right corner and then select corresponding option.
