The balance report shows all financial transactions per day, a new report is generated every night at the time that is selected for end of day. If you want to read more about the logic by which the transactions are created read here and here.


Subtotals

You will find the Balance Report of yesterday in 'Reports>Accounting>Balances'.

To view older Balance Reports click 'History' button in top right corner.

If you want to export the report to excel, pdf or print it you will find these options in the options menu in the top right corner (the three dots).


The first section 'Account Subtotals' is the most important one. 

This show the sum for each account what happened on this day, this is what should be accounted on this day.

Below 'Account Subtotals' you have the transactions splitted into 'Revenues', 'Tax' and 'Payments' these sections show the sum for each type of transaction.



Trace and filter

If you want to see all transactions for this day click trace icon in top right corner next to the History button.

In Trace view you can select to group the transactions listed either by reservation or by the date of the transaction.

You can also filter out transactions by clicking the filter icon in top right corner next to the trace icon.

Filter can be used both for the Subtotals view and for Trace view.

In the filter view you can select which dates you want to include in your list. You can also select which accounts you want to include or search for a specific reservation number. 

Fill in date and optionally accounts or reservation number and click 'Done' to apply the filtering.
