Customer data is saved in reservations and in customer profiles.
Reservations
1. Go to Reservation search and search on any unique identifier of the customer/guest (e.g. mail, phone number or if he/she has a uncommon name). Here you will get a list of all the reservations the person is present in.
Check the 'Reservation date' column and note the first and last date in the list (the oldest and newest reservation)
2. Go to 'Reports>Complete export' and search on the reservation dates from point 1. Export the reslut to excel and filter on the same unique identifier as in step 1 to get all reservation data for this person.
(Note that this report handles large quanteties of data so search for maximum 3 months at a time, longer periods can have more data then the export can manage).
Customer Profiles
3. Go to 'Customers>Individuals' and check if the customer has a profile.
4. If there is a profile print (to pdf) the 'General' page and any documents you have uploaded on the documents page. (All the data from 'Reservation History' tab is already covered by the reservations file in step 2 above.
