The available conditions are:

true (unconditional) this e-mail template will be available for all reservations

reservation has 0 balance only available for reservations that are fully paid

reservation has positive balance only available for reservations that are not paid

reservation has negative balance only available for reservations that are overpaid

invoice is paid available when there is at least one payment of an invoice in the reservation

reservation is BLOCK available if the reservation is a Block booking

NiteSoft Loyal is purchased available if the guest bought a loyalty code

reservation of X category available if the guest booked a specific Unit Category that you have specified

reservation by X offer only available if the guest booked using an offer code that you have specified

reservation by X rate option only available if the guest booked using an rate option that you have specified

stay overlaps X only available if guests have made a reservation for any of the days in a date interval that you have specified

The 'send by user' conditon will allow you to manually use a guest message template from a reservation although all other condtions are not met.


To add combination of conditions, select 'complex' condition.

You can switch between and, or and not to build your rule. To add another condition click "Add group" to add a condition to the same group click the "+" icon. 

In the example below we will send the mails to all reservations which are booked with offer "early bird" and has either balance 0 or at least one paid invoice.
