Workflow: Add a workflow

Workflows are a set of statuses a reservation can have, these are selected and setup for each hotel.


Each workflow can have several states, so for example you can have a workflow: Invoice with status 'Not invoiced' and 'Invoice sent' etc. You can search on reservations with a specific workflow state in Reservation search and the workflow is visible in the reservation and in grid.


1. Go to 'Administration'>'Drop Down lists' and click 'Booking workflow'.

2. Click 'New Workflow" and add a 'Name' for the work flow and 'Save'

3. Go back to 'Drop Down Lists' and click 'Booking workflow phase'

4. Click 'New Phase' and select the 'Name' of the phase, which workflow this is a phase of, if the phase is connected to a specific reservation status (optional) and select a color of the workflow (optional). After adding your phases 'Save' in top right corner.

5. The workflows can be selected in the Reservation in the left column of the reservation.

6. If a workflow phase have a color specified this will be visible as a spot in the Reservation header.


7. And the color is also visible in the grid.
