1. Go to 'Units & Rates>Bar Mangement' and click 'Advanced' options.
2. Select 'Availablity'.
3. In the dropdown you can select between options 'External' this means any channel connected by channel manager and 'Public' which is your own webpage, depeding on which you choose the changes you make will affect either your web or external channels.
4. Click the the icon after the Room Category to select which categories to block out.
5. A 'Select categories'-panel will open to the left, select categories and click 'Apply' and then click 'Edit' in top right corner
6. Select 'From' and 'To' dates the dates you want to block, set 'Maximum' field to '0' and click 'Apply' and 'Save' in top right corner.
