Go to "Housekeeping>Housekeeping History".

By default the report will show all cleaners and last month, to change this settings click the filter icon in right corner.


Result in the report:

Check-out, Occupied, Out of order, Additonal, No-Show and Pending: these columns show how many of each type of task the cleaner have done in the selected time period.

Total: show the sum of all types of tasks.

Duration: This shows the total time that the tasks have been pending.


Above the report you can see the different display options:

No details:  will show no additional specification.

Unit category/Additional task: will specify result per the different unit categories and different additional tasks.

Day:  will specify result per day in the selected time period.

Cleaning task: will specify result per individual cleaning task.
