1. Go to 'Administration>Drop Down Lists' and select 'Seating Option'.

2. Click 'New Seating Option' and fill in 'Name', 'Description' and select 'Icon'. Click the pen icon after 'Name' and 'Description' to switch between languages. 'Save' your Seating Options.


3. Go to 'Units & Rates>Unit Categories' and find the Conference room you want to add seating option to.

4. Enter the room and click 'Edit' in top right corner.

5. In the tabs on the right hand side of the page select 'Seating Options'.

6. Select the seating option you want to add in the dropdown and click '+' icon to add it.

Enter the 'Max guest count' for this seating option (this cannot be higher then the number of 'maximum guests' for the room). You can also select which option should be default. 

'Save' your changes in the top right corner of the page.


7.  When you book a conference room in the booking wizard you can filter for a specific Seating option, this will affect the number of persons allowed in the room. And you can select which seating option you want when you book the room.

8. In the reservation you will see the selected seating option after number of guests for the room.

You can also change it from this view.

9.  You will also be able to see seating option in 'Front Office>Conference check-in/out' in Today's arrivals and departures.

And in 'Front Office>Planning list>Activities', where it will be displayed by the start time for the room.
