Drop Down List: Add or Edit Cancel Reasons

1. Go to 'Administration>Drop Down Lists' and click 'Booking cancel reason'.

2. Click 'New Reason' in top right corner to add another cancellation reason, or change the text of existing one.

3. Fill in 'Reason'. 'Description' field is optional. Click 'Save' in top right corner.


If you have 'Mobile conceirge' function activated the options marked with 'Customer Cancel' will be the options visible to guest when cancelling a reservation online.
