These are the available filter options in filter tab of Custom report:
Consumption date: for units this is stay dates, for products and services it is the date the product or service was added to.
No-Show: if reservation is no-show or not.
Late-cancel: if reservation is cancelled late or not.
No unit: if the selected item is a room reservation or something else (for example an extra).
Arrival: filter on the arrival date of the unit, result will include housing and any extras added to the specified unit.
Departure: filter on the departure date of the unit, result will include housing and any extras added to the specified unit.
Unit: the unit booked.
Unit category: the unit category booked.
Unit type: filters on different unit types, for example room, activty room, bed etc.
Unit status: filters on the unit status, for example checked-in, booked or cancelled. Will only select the units that has the specified status.
Unit employee: the employee that added the unit to the reservation.
Unit category tag: searches for the specified unit category tag.
Unit tag: searches for the specified unit tag.
Reservation reference: the booking number.
Reservation external reference: the external booking number.
Reservation channel: the booking channel of the reservation.
Target group: the target group of the reservation.
Travel Agency: travel agency name.
Workflow phase: searches for the specified workflow phase.
Event participant count: number of participants of an event.
Reservation date: the creation date of a reservation.
Reservation change date: the date of last modification av the reservation.
Reservation cancellation date: the cancellation date of a reservation.
Reservation status: filters on the reservation status, for example: confirmed, preliminary or cancelled.
Reservation type: filters on the two types, Unit (normal reservation), Smart (reservation booked with loyalty code).
Company name: the company name of the reservation contact.
Invoice company name: the company name of the reservation invoice contact.
Contact name: the first name and last name of the reservation contact.
Contact country code: the country code for the country selected of the reservation contact.
Invoice contact name: the first name and last name of the reservation invoice contact.
Employee: employee that created the reservation.
Seller: employee selected as seller in the reservation.
Event Responsible: employee selected as event responsible in the reservation.
Any unit status in reservation by: filters on the unit status, for example checked-in, booked or cancelled. Will select all items in a reservation where at least one units that has the specified status.
Any payment in reservation by: filters on the payment method. Will select all items in a reservation where at least one payment was made on the specified date.
Any payment date: filters on the payment date. Will select all items in a reservation where at least one payment was made on the specified date.
Guest name: the first name and last name of the guest.
Activity guest count: number of guests added to the activity rooms.
Any offer of a unit in reservation: filters on the offer code. Will select all items in a reservation where at least one units the specified offer code.
Offer: filters on the offer code. Will select only the extras or units that is linked to the specified offer code.
Rate option: rate option of the unit.
Service: a service added to the reservation.
Service account: services and units linked to a specified account number.
Product: a extra added to the reservation.
