1. First you have to create the extra that you want to make the advertisment for. Read more here.
2. Go to 'Booking engine>Extras' and click 'New Extra Advertisment' in the top right corner.
3. Fill 'Title:' this is the title that will be shown in the advert online (the title of the extra will be displayed on confirmations, receipts and in shopping cart of booking engine etc). If you have more then one language enabled click the pen by the field to add the different translations.
4. In the 'Extra' drop down select the extra that you want the Advertisment to link to.
5. In the 'Visabilty' drop down select:
'On specialized pages': if it should be displayed on extra page.
'Hidden': if it should currently not be displayed online.
6. 'Unit restrictions'
'No restrictions': By default the advert is shown for all unit categories in online part.
'By unit types': If you have different types enabled in online part (for example conference and hotel booking) you can select for which unit type this extra advert should be shown for.
'By categories': You can limit which room categories the advert should be show for, could for example be used if you have different parking spacing for diffrent categories.
'By tags': You can limit which unit tags or unit category tags the advert should be show for, could for example be used if you have certain rooms that allows pets.
7. 'Banner text:' This text will be displayed as description by the extra advertisment. If you have more then one language enabled each languge will have a separate banner text tab.
8. In the tab to the left of 'Banner text' you have tab 'Image'. Here you can upload the image of the adverts.
9. In 'Banner preview' you can see what your advert will look like, you can use the +and - icons to see what it will look like in different screen sizes.
10. Click 'Save' in top right corner to save your advert.
Some booking engine designs use the 'Banner details' field, this the text shown in a popup with more information if you click the advert.
