You find the report in 'Reports>Extras' list'.


How to use:

Select 'From' and 'To' date.

Select which 'Extras' and/or 'Services' you want to include in the result. You can use 'ctrl' button on key board (on PC) to select more than one item in the list.

Press 'Search' button in top right corner to see result.


Result:

For each date and extra and/or service type you will see:

Reservation: Reservation number

Time: If extra is added to a specific time

Room Number: If the extra is added to a unit

Number of guests: number of guests of the unit if the extra is added to a unit 

Guests: guest names of the unit if the extra is added to a unit 

Quantity: Number of items


And then a total row summing the Quanitiy for the extra/service and date.


Other functions:

By the options meny in top right corner (three dots icon) you can print or export to excel.

If you want to schedule the report you can switch from 'Absolute' to 'Relative dates' by the links above date fields.

If you want to save settings of report you can fill in the 'Name' field and click 'Save as report' button.
