Here are a complete list of all changes to the menu:
Front Office
Summary is moved to fast access icon.
Individuals , Companies, Blacklisting and Travel Agencies are moved to new menu Customers.
The page that before was called Conference or Activity Summary (which is only available for hotels with Conference enabled) is renamed to Conference check-in/out.
Reservation Search is added to the menu, this is the function previously called Advanced Search that was reached by Search field.
Reservations
Reservations menu is removed.
Grid and New Reservation can, as before be accessed by fast access icons above the menu.
The four list views All Reservations, My Preliminary reservations, All preliminary reservations, Cancelled reservations are removed. The function is replaced by Reservation Search which you can accessed either by putting the cursor in the Search field and pressing enter or in Front Office menu. Allotments is moved to Agreements & Offers.
Housekeeping
For customers using Advanced housekeeping Today have been renamed to Cleaning schedule and Housekeeping schedule have been renamed to Cleaners schedule.
Adminstration/Units & Rates
Administration is renamed Units & Rates.
Guest Messages and Deleted Bookings is moved to menu item Adminstration (previously Site administration) .
Account Summary is moved to Reports submenu Accounting.
Reports
There are two new submenus Reservations and Accounting.
Period Report, Reservations Report, Reservations Details and Revenue Overview are moved to new submenu Reservations.
Payments, Invoices, Sales Report, Sales Ledger, Deposit Ledger, Account Subotals and Balances are moved to new submenu Accounting.
The report previously called SCB Report in Sweden and Loding Report in other countries is renamed to Loding Report (SCB) for all.
Site administration/Administration/Booking engine
There is a new menu item Booking engine and menu items Package Avertisments, Promotion Advertisments, Extra advertisments, Nitesoft Loyal Advertisments and Advertisments Order have been moved to this new menu.
Site Adminstration is renamed to Administration and Guest Meassages have been added to this menu.
Accounting Export is moved to Reports submenu Accounting.
Messages is renamed to Messages Log.
Rates & Agreements/Agreements & Offers
Rates & Agreements have been renamed to Agreements & Offers.
Rate Options have been moved from Rates & Agreements to Units & Rates.
Allotments used to be in Reservations but is now moved to Agreements & Offers.
