1. Go to 'Customers>Companies>Top Companies' or 'Customers>Travel Agencies>Travel Agencies'.
2. The list will display companies or travel agencies with the all time highest Revenue. You can sort on other columns by clicking the column title.
The list will show columns:
Name: the company name.
Number: the company number.
Total Reservation Count: Total number of booking of all time.
Total Night Count: Total number of booked nights of all time.
Total Revenue: Total revenue of all time (inluding VAT).
Period Reservation Count: Total number of booking of the selected time period.
Period Night Count: Total number of booked nights of the selected time period .
Period Revenue: Total revenue of the selected time period (inluding VAT).
On each row the company name links to view company profile, pen-icon at the end of the row links to edit profile and X-icon to delete profile.
At the end of the list you can select how many rows you want to see on the screen.
3. In top right corner you have the filter icon which can be used to see a specific time period, see next step.
You have 'New' button which allow you to create a new profile, and you have the options menu (three dots-icon) where you can export the list to excel.
4. If you click the filter icon it will open a panel on the left of the screen.
You can select From and To date and click 'Done' then the Period Reservation Count, Period Night Count and Period Revenue values update according to the dates you have selected, that way you can see which companies or travel agencies that had the most revenue in a for example last year.
You can also filter on company name here.
