1. Go to the reservation you want to create the invoice for and press 'Add Invoice'. 



2. Check that 'Pay for', 'Amount', 'Due Date' and 'Payer' is correct and click 'Save' to create the invoice.

'Pay for'-'RESERVATION' means that all non-paid rooms and extras will be added to the invoice.

You click the pen icons to view and/or change the 'Pay for' and/or 'Payer' information.


3. The detailed view that you get when clicking the pen icon after 'Pay for' looks like this, and by default all rooms will be selected. Click the check sign to go back to the full Invoice view (any changes you made will be added if you 'Save' the invoice).

4. The detailed view that you get when clicking the pen icon after 'Payer' looks like this, and by default the Invoice Company and Contact in the reservation will be selected. You can search in existing Companies and contacts in the 'Company' and 'Person' search fields or you can write the information directly in the editor.

If you there is a profile selected as payer you can double click any field to edit the information for this specific invoice (that will not update the profile itself).

Click 'X' icon or outside the editor to go back to the full Invoice view (any changes you made will be added if you 'Save' the invoice).


5. After you have saved the invoice you can view it by clicking pdf icon.

The invoice can be changed or removed as long as it is not accounted (i.e. during the same day) and it has the highest invoice number (i.e. until you create a newer invoice).


If you don't want prices to include VAT in the invoice uncheck the 'Price including VAT' checkbox before you send the invoice.

The bill icon next to the pdf icon marks that the invoice is unpaid.
