Dates

'From' and 'To' dates are referring to Stay dates.

Reservations are included if they are staying in the hotel in the selected interval. If a guest arrives at the same day as the selected 'To' date it will not be included and if it departs at the 'From' date it will not be included in the report.

Room nights are included if the specific night is staying at the hotel in the selected period. So if you have a reservation for 2 nights and only the first night is in the interval only this night will be counted.

Above the Date fields there are links 'Absolute dates' and 'Relative dates'. 'Absolute dates' is selected by default, this means you will enter specific dates in the date field, e.g. 230701. If you switch to 'Relative dates' you will enter days from today, e.g. '0'means today, '-1' means yesterday and '1' means tomorrow. This is useful if you build save a report to use over time for example "Report for reservations that stayed last 30 days" or if you schedule a report to be sent automatically. (Read more about scheduling here.)

Statuses

'Guaranteed' and 'No-shows' are always included in the report.

'Preliminary' can be included by check-box 'Include Preliminary'

'Cancelled' and 'Out of Orders' are always excluded.

Other options

The check-box 'Show only accounted' will exlude reservations that are not affecting accounting yet, for example if you search for future reservations and check 'Show only accounted' the report will include reservations that are prepaid, invoiced or already checked in.

'Include Children' and 'Include Infants' will include these groups in the guest data.

'Use default country instead of Unknown' it will set all guests where you did not specify country to be the default country of your system.

If you use 'Unit Category tags' in your hotel you will also be able to choose which tags to include in the report.
