1 . In order to schedule a report you need to save the settings you want to send out. Go to 'Reports' and open the report you want to schedule.

2. Select 'Relative dates' at the top of the page.

For relative dates 0 means today, -1 means yesterday, +1 means tomorrow.

See example below from Resevations Report:

Booked from -30 days to 0 days means that the report will select the reservations booked the last 30 days,

Stay from 0 month to +1 month means that the report will select all reservations staying during the upcoming month.


3.  Set your dates and any other setting in the report, give your report a Name and click 'Save as report'.

4. Go to 'Reports>Scheduler' in menu.

5. Fill in fields:

Message: will be the text in the mail.

Subject: will be the subject for the mail.

Start on: The first date and time the report will be sent.

Repeat: the unit of how often the report will be sent out.

Every: (this field not visible for repeat weekly) how often the report will be sent out (in the exemple below we have 'Repeat' 'Daily' 'Every' '5', meaning we will send out the report every fifth day).

Stop: if there is a limited number of times the report should be sent, otherwise set this to 'none'.

On: If the report should be sent on a specific weekday.


Employees: the report will be sent to the e-mail of the employees you mark in the list.

Reports: select the name of the report you saved in the list.

Report type: you can attatch the report as excel, pdf and/or html format to the automatcally generated mail. You have to select at least one Report type.

6. Click 'Save'.
