Rates and Agreements: Agreement/Offer statistics

Offer statistics can be reached either from menu 'Agreements and Offers>Offer statistics' or by clicking the statistics icon from each agreement, promotion rate or package. 

Dates

All reservations for the selected agreement, package, promotion rate or customer is included.

You can select either stay dates and/or booking dates.

Offer codes

You can search either on a specific offer code (the input field is case sensitive) . Or you can serach for all codes in a date period, in this case the result will show one code listed after the other.

Statuses

All statuses are included but displayed separately.

Result

For The Agreement/Offer/Customer in the selected dates the following key figures are shown:

Number of Reservations

Unit Nights: Room nights

Pic Up: Average number of days between booking date (confirmation date) and arrival date

Average LOS: Average number of room nights for each room

ADR: Average daily rate per occupied room excluding VAT and breakfast

Revenue: Revenue of housing excluding VAT and breakfast

Below the statistics there is a list with all the reservations booked on the code.

You can export the data to excel by clicking 'Export to excel' button.
