You may want to lock a reservation to a specific room, for example to not move it by accident in the grid or so that system cannot move it if you have automatic clean room allocation activated.
1. In the reservation the pad lock icon shows if the room is locked, in image below the room is unlocked. Click pad lock to lock the room.
2. In the Grid, locked reservations are marked with a pad lock. When hoovering on the reservation the pop-up with reservation information will appear. Here you can find a link to lock or unlock the room.
