1. Find the reservation where you want to move your room reservation. Go to 'Edit' mode.
2. Find the room and press 'Date and/or Room Change'.
3. If you want to change date or Rate code fill in the fields 'Arrival', 'Departure' or 'Offer Code' and click 'Search'.
If you only want to switch room or room category you can press 'Search' without making any options.
4. Find the room you want to switch to in the search result and choose the rate you want the room to switch to.
The suggested rate will be 'Unchanged rate' which means unchanged rate for the days that are not changed (for example if you make the reservation 1 day longer the system will add cost for the new day but the other days will not change) and current rate which is the rate customer would get if he remade his entire booking today.
The system will suggest to keep the same room if possible.
5. Click 'Select' by the room you want to apply the change.
