This function can be used for products that have a limited number (e.g. parking spaces, rental bikes etc.).

When the number of available items for one day are sold, the adverts for it will automatically hidden in the online booking flow and you will not be able to add this type of extra to this date in intranet either.

 

1. Go to 'Agreements & Offers>Extra' and click on the Extra you want to edit.

2. In the 'Types' section check the 'Inventory' checkbox.

3. The 'Max Count' field will now be active and you can fill in the number of products you have available per day.

4. Click 'Save'


5. If you want to see how many products you have sold go to 'Grid' and click the filter icon in the top right corner.

 

6. A 'view options' panel will open to the left on the screen. In 'Footer' dropdown select 'Inventories' and click 'Apply' to close the panel.


7. The footer will now switch to displaying 'Inventories' and you can see number of sold items per day (of extras that have Inventory type).



Note that if you move a room reservation with an inventory extra, the inventory extra will be moved to the same date as the reservation in case there are items available on that day. If there are no items available the inventory extra will keep it's original date and have to be updated manually.
