Customer Management: Create reservation from Profile : Nitesoft Helpdesk

1. Go to 'Customers>Individuals' and click the profile you want to create a reservation for.

2. Click 'Create new reservation' icon in the top right corner of the profile.

3. You will now enter the normal booking flow in the last step all customer profile information will be prefilled as customer information
