Reservations which are not checked-in are automatically made no-show during the night (at which time can be configured, but it occurs sometime between 00:00 and 06:00).

No-shows get red colour in the grid.

The no-show will automtically get a no-show revenue of the same amount as the room rate, to remove this no-show revenue set the room rate to 0, using the "set room rate" function like this.

If a room reservation is for several days it can be checked in even though it is no-show.

When checked in, the room reservation will be splitted into two parts, first the already passed days which will remain no-show and the upcoming days which will get status confirmed.

The upcoming days can then be checked in.

If you need to check in a reservation in the past which is no-show, use undo no-show.

Check in a no-show example:

1. This room is booked for 2 days and became no-show yesterday.

2. Go to arrival list, click the date in top right corner. This will open a panel to the left where you can switch date.

3. Select the arrival date of the no-show reservation and click update.

4. Check in the room from the Arrival list.

5. When room is checked in the reservation will be split. The first night will remain no-show and starting from today the reservation will be checked in.
