1. Go to 'Front Office>Summay>Arrival List' after each room in the list there is an message icon click this to send an arrival SMS.
If the icon is not visible, click the eye icon in top right corner of the page, select 'sms' and click 'Refresh'.
The icon will change transparent to grey when the SMS is sent.
Arrival SMS will be sent to the receipient specified in the Guest Message template (usually the first guest).
The arrival sms can be configured to be sent automatically each morning to all arriving guests.
