Ability to add tags to Units Categories

Tags on room categorys can be used for filtering in grid and when creating a reservation.

Reservation for specific rate option can preliminary

Reservations can be imported as preliminary for rate options that do not require any payment from customer.

It can be used for reviewing reservations from external channels for example.

This is a setting made in "Rate and Agreements">"Rate Option" if these are activated in your property.


Alerts for failed guest messages

If an mail or sms sent from the system is not successfully delivered there will be an alert generated.


Attach pdf to guest message

For you e-mail guest messages it is now possible to add a pdf copy of the mail.

It can be used for quotation templates for example.

Setting is found in "Administration">"Guest Messages".


Changes to lists

-In Reservations": "All reservations", "My preliminary reservations", "All preliminary reservations" and  "Cancelled reservations" we added abilty to sort on single, group, block, allotment and loyal code reservations.



Extras types and lists

Is Recurrent is replaced with is Daily/is Hourly for Extras.


Overbooking

If there is an overbooking from an external channel this reservation will be imported in Nitesoft anyway, as an overbooking. It will still generate an alert.


Show available units when creating reservation

When creating a new reservation by using either "New Reservation" or "New Block" you will be able to see number of available rooms in brackets after each category.

Highlight offer in booking engine

If customer uses a code in online part it will the days it is valid for will be highlighted in the calendar.

Adaptions to grid

These configurations are made on request.

-The grid can be sorted by the following 4 options: Room number alphabetically, Room priority, Category priority then room number alphabetically or Category priority then room priority.

-Unpaid reservations can be marked with red icon.
