Accounting

When a reservation becomes prepaid or gets paid after checkout only the amount paid for or stayed will end up on balance accounts.

Prepayments: Only the revenue that the guest paid for (not the total reservation amount) will be added to Deposit Ledger.

Invoices/Pay after checkout: The debt on Sales Ledger will increase for each day stayed (instead of getting the total amount on day of check-in).

There may be reservations that have a balance of Sales Ledger and Deposit Ledger that does not yet correspond to an actaul payment or revenue. 

The amounts in the two reports will cancel each other out and the reports will both be decreased at this release.

Rate Chains

Added abilty to build Rate Chains; that the rate can vary depending on diffrent conditions of the booking.

This can be used for example having early bird rates or decreasing the rate in case of low occupancy.

Set rate of several rooms

If you need set a fixed daily rate for many days or rooms, for example in a Block Booking you can use the "Set Rate" function.

Due date calculation for invoices

If you set a DueDate it will automatically show you how many days this gives the customer to pay.

If you set the Payment terms it will calculate the Due Date.

The calculated Payment terms will not be printed on the invoice.

Guests in housekeeping list

In "Housekeeping">"Room Status" if you hoover on the guests row you will see who is staying or checking in to the room.

If there is any guest staying they will be shown first and below that the arriving guests.

If the guest icon is blue the number shows arriving guests, otherwise the number is staying guest.

Abilty to Edit cancelled reservations

It is now possible to click "Edit" in cancelled reservation to be able to change the contact details or add products or services to the reservation.

Make invoices for a date interval

When you create an invoice you can select all days and products in a date interval in the "Pay for">"Advanced"-tab.

Click the filter icon at the top right of the page.

It will open a date selector where you can enter the days you want to invoice for.

Click Apply to make the seletion.

Change of Total Rate of a room logic

The amount displayed for each room will now include any inclusive products and/or any products included in an offer code.

Products added as extras to the room will still not be incuded, they will be displayed as a separate product below the room just as before.

Housekeeper Schedule

For Housekeeping app it is now possible to add the default schedule of a housekeeper on week days.

In "Site Administration">"Employees" select "Frequency" "Weekly" and then select the days the housekeeper should work.
