1. In Reservation view click edit and find 'Add Room' in the actions list in the right corner.

2. It will open the booking wizard. By default it will select the same dates as the earliest room in the reservation.

If needed you can change date, add offer code, allow overbooking. Then click 'Search'.

3.  Select the rooms you want to add to the reservation. 

If you need to remove a room you selected you can do it by clicking the 'X' icon after the room. 

If you want to see your selection click the cart icon next to the 'Nex' button.

If you want to see all rooms in the reservation click the check box 'Show existing units'.


Click 'Next' in top right corner to add the rooms to the reservation.


4. 'Save' the reservation.
