An Extra Package is a group of extras that can be added to a reservation as one item.
1. Go to 'Agreements & Offers>Extras Package' here you will see a list of all your Extras Packages.
2. Click 'Add New Extras Packages'.
3. Fill in fields:
-Title: this is the name of the packagem this name will be displayed in receipts/invoices and confirmations.
-Quantity: Default quantity, normally set to 1.
-Description: Additional information/notes for hotel, not displayed to customer.
-Extras: Select the extra in the dropdown and click '+' to add it to the package (you find instruction on how to create an Extra here).
4. After the Extras are added in the package the price can be changed by overwriting the old price. If you need to remove an Extra it can be done by clicking 'X' icon.
5. Click 'Save' to create the Extras Package.
6. In Reservation view the Extras Packages appear in the lists of Extras. Extras packages will be written in bold letters.
6. You select the package, write number of items you want and click '+' to add it to the reservation.
7. The Package will be displayed in the reservation as a Title row in bold text with the total price of the package and below that row all products that are included in the package.
For an Extras package you can only change number of items of the full package, so if you change quantity of the package all the products in the package will get the same amount.
For each product in the package you can click the pen icon and update date and time, price, or add a comment.
On confirmations and receipts only the title of the package will be displayed.
