In some situations you may want to remove a locked reservation.
1. You can see locked reservations in the grid, with the grey color.
Locked reservation is when someone started to make a reservation, it can be either a customer in online part or a user in intranet.
2. Click the reservation to open reservation view.
3. You can see all information that have at this point been added to the reservation.
4. Click 'Abort' button in top right corner, this will cause the reservation to time out and the lock on the rooms will disappear. The reservation cannot be Confirmed or Completed after it has timed out.
