1. Go to 'Units & Rates>Rate Mangement' and click the 'Upsell plans' icon in the top right corner.

2.  Click the 'Add new upsell plan icon' in top right corner.


3. Fill in the name of the upsell plan. 

All other fields are optional. If you have several different rate levels you can fill in other fields that will decide when a specific upsell plan is applied. For example the upsell plan should be available if occupancy is lower the 90%.

Click 'Done' when you filled in the fields you want.

4. The system will suggest values that is the rate difference between the rooms at RACK rate.

Any cheaper room can be upgraded to a more expensive room, the relations are based on wheater a room is more or less expensive when you compare the rooms RACK rate.

Click the price and you can then change it, this will be the additional cost the guest pay to upgrade from one room category to another.

Click 'Save' in top right corner.
