Tag is used to add additional fields to some parts of the system.
1. Go to 'Administration>Drop down lists' and click 'Tag Group'.
2. Click 'New Group' write the Title of your new field in the 'Value' field, and check which type or types the field should be, you can also add a Description, then 'Save'.
The available types are: Booking product, Reservation product, Booking event stage, Unit category and Reference activity room.
Booking product and Reservation product adds a field to extras in the reservation, this can be used for example for allergies or for adding a location/place were the product will be administered.
Booking event stage this is tags added to the Event Schedule, can be used for locations, responsible persons etc.
Unit category tag adds a property to the Unit Categories, it is possible to filter grid by this property, you can search on it when making a new reservation, and it is available in some reports. It can be used for example for marking different locations. Read more here.
Unit tag adds a property to the Unit, it is possible to filter grid by this property, and you can search on it when making a new reservation.
Reference activity room tag this is a type that can be used for tags that are of type Booking product, Reservation product and Booking event stage, it cannot be used independently. This type will add all activity rooms in the reservation as options in the dropdown. For example if you have a Tag "Location" in the Event schedule that tag can be both type Booking event stage and type Reference activity room tag. The tag will then show up in the schedule and you will be able to select between all conference rooms added to the reservation + any additonal locations you have added as values to the Location tag.
3. To add values to the tags you created go to Go to 'Administration>Drop down lists' and click 'Tag'.
4. Click 'New tag' select the Tag you created and in the 'Value' field enter the options you want to add to the dropdown. Make a new item for each option you want to add and then 'Save'.
