1. In Reservation view click 'Edit'.

2. Click Actions list icon in top right corner and select 'Manage products'.

3. The Product Management page contains two tabs; 'All' and 'Date & Product'.


All list all products in the reservation in chronological order

Date & Product list all products grouped by product and time in chronological order. So if each room has breakfast included this will be grouped to one row per day.

4. For the grouped rows it is possible to change Date, Time and the name of the product.

For individual products you can in addition also change price, quantity, comment.

Click the arrow at the beginning of a grouped row to see all individual products in it.


5. At the top row you can find filter and bulk update icons.

6. Click filter icon if you only want to see a specific set of products in the list. Select the critera you want to filter on and press 'Apply'.


It is possible to filter by:

Product type search on any product name.

Unit type Units/Rooms, Activity rooms/Conference and Inventory Services/Other bookable units.

Unit Category Room Category.

Unit Rooms.

Offer type All types, None, Inclusive products, Extra Package, Promotion or Package. 'None' means all products that are not part of a package or inclusive in the room rate. Only options that exist in the reservation will be displayed in the list.

Offer Will list all offercodes or extras packages that is added to the reservation.

7. To update Quantity, Price and/or Comment for several product at a time use Bulk update.

First select the product you want to update in the list then click bulk update icon and fill in the value you want to change. 

Click 'Apply'.

8. When you are done with you changes click 'Done' in top right corner and then 'Save' in top right corner of the reservation.
