1. To enable to book monthly go to 'Administration>Drop Down List' and select 'Ratable interval preset'.
2. Click 'New Preset'
3. Fill in:
Rateble interval: 'Daily'.
Name: for example "Month".
Type: Select 'Fixed time'.
Basis, start of: 'Month' means it will always book from 1'st day in month, 'Day' means that you can start from any date in the month.
Unit, measure for start/end: 'Month'.
Start, unit from basis: '0'.
End, unit from basis: '1'.
This means that that it will book 1 month at a time.
And 'Save' in top right corner.
4. In booking wizard you will now see a new option "Month". If you select this when you make the reservation will be grouped monthly.
5. In the reservation you will have a dropdown where you can switch between grouping daily and monthly.
And you can change price for each month instead of each day.
6. You can add prices for reservations booked using the monthly setup. They are added in Rate Mangement by adding a new Rate chain and selecting 'Rateble interval preset". Please note that the price of the rate chain will be per month (not per day) if you have selected 'Rateable interval preset'-'Month' .
