1. To add option to book full day or half day go to 'Administration>Drop Down List' and select 'Ratable interval preset'.

2. Click 'New Preset'.

3. Fill in:

Rateble interval: 'Hourly' (Meaning these options will only be available for rooms that are booked hourly).

Name: for example "Morning".

Type: 'Fixed time' means it will suggest time from 'Start/Default start' to 'End/Duration', 'Fixed duration' means it suggest time from 'Start/Default start' and then end time will be the selected start time plus 'End/Duration'.

Basis, start of: 'Day' means that the start time will be counted from midnight.

Unit, measure for start/end: 'Hour' means that it will reserve hours (not days).

Start/Default start, unit from basis: for example '9'  means that the suggested start time if you book 'Morning' is 09:00.

End/Duration, unit from basis: '13' (fixed time) means that the suggested start time if you book 'Morning' is 13:00. '4'  (fixed duration) means that the suggested start time if you book 'Half Day' will be selected start time plus 4 hours.

Add the different options you want and 'Save' in top right corner.

4. In booking wizard you will now see a new options if you book hourly, in this case "Morning", "Evening" and "Fullday". If you select this the system will automatically select the time intervals you have predefined.

5. In the reservation you will have a dropdown where you can switch between grouping hourly and the different options you added.

6. You can add prices for reservations booked using the options you have defined. They are added in Rate Mangement by adding a new Rate chain and selecting 'Rateble interval preset'. Please note that the price you enter for the rate chain (for this setup) is per hour.
