For a Loyal Plan you create a Guest specific Loyal codes like this.
1. Go to 'Administration>Hotelname Loyal Guests'.
Here you will see a list of all active Loyal codes and corresponding guest.
Click 'New Hotelname Loyal Customer' in top right corner to create a new code.
2. First select the 'Hotelname Loyal plan'. The fields Expiration date, Total days, Days booked and Maximal Count will be filled in from the selected plan. Then fill in the customer information or search for an already existing customer. Click 'Save' to create the code.
3. First field 'Hotelname Loyal code' this is the code customer should use when they book. You need to create a payment for the code in order for it to become active. You do this by 'Add payment' button.
4. When code is paid for customer can start booking on it.
Other functions:
-If you make changes to customer info or to code parameters, you need to click 'Save' in top right corner to save them.
-You can cancel a code by 'Cancel' button in top right corner.
-'Statistics' button will show the reservations made on the code.
-'Activity' will show accounting for the code.
5. Online you use the code by entering it in Offer code field. Either in booking engine or in intranet.
