Option 1: From Guest Messages
1. Go to 'Administration'>'Guest Messages'.
2. Find the message you want to send in the list and click the 'bulk send' icon like this:
3. Click '+' icon to add the reservations you would like to send to.
4. Add the booking numbers separated by comma and click 'Add' to continue.
5. You will see a list of all the reservations and recipients you selected (duplicate recipients will be removed). You can click the eye icon for each row to preview the message that will be sent. And you can click 'X' to remove a recipient from the send-list.
Click 'Send' to send the mail to all recipients in the list.
Option 2: From Reservation Search
1. Go to the search field and click enter to open 'Reservation Search'.
2. This will open the Reservation Search form.
Enter the criterias you would like to search for and click 'Search' to continue.
3. You will see the list with the search result. Click the options menu in top right corner and select 'Bulk send'.
4. Select the mail template you want to send to the reservations found in the search result.
Click 'Apply' to continue.
5. You will see a list of all the reservations and recipients you selected (duplicate recipients will be removed). You can click the eye icon for each row to preview the message that will be sent. And you can click 'X' to remove a recipient from the send-list.
Click 'Send' to send the mail to all recipients in the list.
Option 3: from Custom report
If you have a custom report where search result contain the reservation number it is possible to send out a mail to the reservations in the report. Read more about Custom Report here.
1. Go to 'Reports>Custom Report' and select the report you would like to use.
2. Click the options menu in top right menu and select 'Bulk send'.
3. Select the mail template and send the message (similar to flow for Reservation search above).
