'Availability' function allows you to restrict the number of rooms that are bookble online. It can be done by setting a maximum availability or by setting a threshold.

1. Go to 'Units & Rates'>'BAR Management' click 'Advanced'.

2. Click 'Availabilty'.

3. In the Calendar you will see 3 values, in the image below most days show '1/14/1'.

-The first value is the 'Maximum' availabilty for the day, in this case we only allow 1 room to be sold online.

-The second value show current availabilty for the Room category, in this case there are 14 not sold Standard rooms.

-The third value is the 'Threshold' for the day, in this case we will close Standard rooms from booking when there is 1 room left.

4. First select which channel you want to make the settings for, either 'Public' which is your booking engine or 'External' which is all your external channel (for example Expedia or Booking.com).

5. Then select the room categories you want to make the setting for. Click the icon after the Room Category name, this will open a panel to the left. Select the room categories you want to make changes for and press 'Apply'.

6. You can set the Maximum and Threshold in three different ways:

-Write a value directly for each day in the calendar below.

-You can select 'From' and 'To' date and set a 'Maximum' and/or 'Threshold' and click 'Apply', this will add the values to the selected days.

-Or you can set a default value, this will add the value to all days where you have not already added a value. You can override the default value by adding a new value for some day.

Click 'Save' in top corner to apply the changes.
