GetAccept is a system that allow you to send and follow up documents of form that should be digitally signed by customer.
getAccept workflows
Nitesoft support 2 types of getAccept workflows:
Manually sending document
1. In reservation click 'options menu' in top right corner.
2. Select 'Send to GetAccept'.
3. A list of you getAccept templates will open in left column of page.
4. Select the template you want to send.
5. getAccept will open in new window.
6. Review the template and send it. The workflow status of the reservation will change to 'Offer sent'.
7. When customer signs the document or reject it the workflow status of the reservation will change to 'Offer accepted' or 'Offer rejected'.
8. When document is sent you can view it again. Go to 'Send to getAccept' in the options menu again and you will see a list of all documents created for this reservation.
Automatically sending document
Hotel setup a template in getAccept and this template is always sent to customer when they book in web booking engine.
Guests from nordic countries will be required to sign the document with digital signature (e.g. bankId), other nationalties will sign the document manually. Contact Nitsoft support if you are interested in this feature.
To setup getAccept
Workflows
Add the workflow and workflow phases that are used by getAccept.
Common workflow setup is:
Workflow: 'Offer' or 'getAccept' with
Workflow phases: 'Offer created', 'Offer sent', 'Offer accepted', 'Offer rejected'

getAccept
Send username and password of getAccept to Nitesoft support and they will configure the connection.
Templates in getAccept
Configure templates in getAccept. If you want data transferred from Nitesoft you can add a tags.
In getAccept in the template you add the custom tag like this:
1. Click {} icon.
2. Select 'Create new custom merge tag'.
3. Enter name of the tag. Available tag names are found in this list.
4. The tag will be marked blue in the template like this.
