In 'Front Office>Planning list>Products'.
The list has 2 sections
-First the summary for each product/extra in the upcoming week. If there are preliminary reservations they will be show after confirmed number, for example: 10/5 means 10 extras in confirmed reservations and 5 in preliminary.
-The next section show details for each product.
Columns in detailed list
Time show first date then time.
Quantity number of booked extras.
Product type of extra.
Price the price including VAT.
Special if special fields are configured, they are shown in the list.
Details customer and reservation info.
Options for detailed list
Select between:
No details no customer details.
Company only company name.
Company or contact company name or contact person name.
Select between:
Reservation show only reservation number.
Unit show reservation number and unit number.
Select to show or hide:
Inclusive products inclusive products, usually breakfast.
Comments extra comments, for example to see allergies.
Totals show total row for each type of extra.
Icons
In top right corner you have the following options.
Show/Hide Summary this will hide the top section of the report.
Filter see available options below.
Print will print the list.
Options menu here you can select to export the list to excel.
Filters
This filters can be used to filter the result in the list:
From and To change the date range you want to see.
Select target group select to only see a specific target group, for example "Conference".
Select type select to only see a specific product type, for example "Kitchen".
Select product select to only see a specific product.
Company select to only see a specific Company.
Select Special if the hotel uses 'Special' field, it can be filtred on in this list.
