Split reservation
Move a room from one group reservation to another, read how to here.
Inventory
This function can be used for products that have a limited number (e.g. parking spaces, rental bikes etc.).
When the number of available items for one day are sold, the adverts for it will automatically hidden in the online booking flow and you will not be able to add it to this date in intranet either.

Switch room to clean one at check-in
If a guest tries to check-in using self-check-in station and the room is dirty at the time, Nitesoft will automatically move this guest to any available clean empty room in the same room category.
In case the room is locked to the reservation it will not switch room.

Clean rooms should be prioritized for todays reservations
If a guest make a reservation online or a reservation is made in intranet with check-in today, clean rooms will be selected before dirty rooms.
Clean rooms will be marked with green check mark and dirty rooms with red (!).

Display which rooms are clean in switch room dialog
If you switch room and the guest is staying or arriving today you will be able to see which rooms are clean when you switch.

Housekeeping Report improvements
Added columns "Arriving and staying guests" and "Checkout and staying" rooms. And for guests the number of children are now displayed in brackets.

Amount to be paid should be calculated if specific rooms are selected
If you select a specific number of rooms, extras or services to pay for Nitesoft will display the sum of the selected items.
In the payment view "To be Paid (Selected items)" the number in () is the sum of the selected items.

Changes to credit invoices
Credit invoices are marked with "Credit" and if they relate to an invoice this will be printed on the invoice.

The page division in receipt and invoices is improved.
Improved rate changing for rates depending on number of guests
If you have rates that depend on the number of guests in the room, you will now get a popup with what to do with the rate if you add or remove a guest. Read more here.
API
Nitesoft now has an API (Application Program Interface), to simplify integration with external systems. The API will allow any external software to interact with Nitesoft and its data.
