Reservation view: Change number of guests

1. In your reservation find the room where you want to change number of guests.

2. Change number of guests in the 'Adults', 'Children' and 'Infants' dropdowns.

The three options are:

• 'Apply new rates' this is the rate the guest would get if he made this reservation today.
• 'Apply new rates with discounts' which means Nitesoft will add the extra rate for the additional guest but keep any discount added to the rate.
  If BAR has changed since the guest made the reservation it will use the old BAR rate.
• 'Save old prices' will keep old rate.

Select one option and press 'Apply' then 'Save' in the top right corner of the reservation.

If the reservation is made with a rate plan/BAR level that have not different rates, the popup will not appear and rate will not change.
