Nitesoft
New Graphical interface
We have implemented a new design of Nitesoft.The biggest changes are that the menu is moved from horizontal to vertical left. There are fast icons of top of menu to Dashboard, Grid, Alerts and Help and support. Save and other most used actions can be found in right top corner of all pages and for additonal function there may be a menu. In many views there is a filter function that can be found in top right corner also.
Dashboard
New dashboard page, it is configurable for each user. Read more here.
Changes to profiles
In both Individual and Company profiles you can now see reservation history and upload documents.

New reports
In reports you can now find Complete export and Custom report.
Complete export will make an excel export of reservations that can be used for further analysis, read more here.
Custom report here you can build your own report, read more here.
Rate Mangement page
A new page to manage rates, will simpify updateing if you work with direct rates or if you want to change a base rate for one room and the other categories should follow accordingly.

Unlimited out of orders
It is now possible to create an out of order without setting an end date for it.
See alerts history for a unit
You can now see all alerts associated to a Unit if you open the Unit look at the bottom of the page.
Workflow improvements
If you use workflows it is now possible to search for reservations in diffrent phases in Advanced Search.

Changes to Fortnox Integration
-Ability to import payment of invoice from fortnox to Nitesoft.
-Sending cost centre and project.
-Possibility to send invoice accruals for invoices.
Rate excluding VAT
Ability to change so that all rates throughout the system will be displyed excluding VAT permanent
Loyalty categories for profiles
For Individual profiles diffrent icons can be added to mark the type of customer. Icons will be visible in arrival/departure list and grid. Can be added on request.
